Labde from LabdeWadi, Chindar, Malvan, Maharashtra. Labde Wadi has a long history, which can be traced back to ancient times. Shree Bramhandev Mandir श्री ब्राम्हणदेव मंदिर is one of the ancient temples and witnesses the origin of Labde. This place in Chindar is our native/ मुळ/Mula place/ गाव/gava.

Chindar is located at around 30 km from the town of Malvan, in Western Maharashtra. The soil in this region is generally alkaline and hence it's not common to have very good yields. Beautiful scenic locations, seashore, beaches, and hilly terrane.
When you first come to the Chindar, you will defiantly fall in love. The beautiful climate and close proximity to the ocean make us feel like we're in another world, almost be on another planet! However, there are some things that don't change at all. For example – the people, their warmth and generosity.

It is a very old farming village located in Malvan Taluka. The chief occupation of the people living in here is farming and they are very good at it! You can find different kinds of vegetables growing on their farms like: Green Beans, Radish, Cabbage, Brinjal, Bhendi Lady's finger, Musk Melon (Kharbuj), and much more. We all know that farming is an important and profitable occupation in India.

The best place to have good taste of a homemade fish curry, off the road and away from all of the outside influences. We have a garden where we grow all kinds of vegetables for daily use in our kitchen. We use organic methods to treat all our crops and keep it natural at its best!

A lot has changed in this village since last 40 years. Every year due to heavy monsoon rains roads used to get washed away and villager had to make new roads. But now due to the efforts of villagers and gram panchayat, good roads were built. Now with the modernization of the entire India, that have affected our Chindar too. But all these changes haven't changed the culture of our people. We still have a unique culture based on values and principles that have been passed from generation to generation. That will reflect through our blogs.
